Moss Wood 2025 Amy's

Looking for a cool. calm and composed Bordeaux-style blend? This one from an outstanding Margaret River producer fits the bill and won't break the bank. This is a cabernet sauvignon-led blend that also features merlot, malbec, and petit verdot components and it is definitely more Stravinsky than Slash. Medium-bodied and very charming, it is an impressive sub $50 effort with freshness allied to a panoply of dark fruit flavours and subtle savoury notes. Disturbingly drinkable and it would pair impressively with beef skewers or lamb roast. Impeccably balanced. Drink now, or cellar. Your choice. $48. https://www.mosswood.com.au/
